The recently renovated flat, measuring approximately 158 m², is located on the first floor of a small villa and has an independent entrance, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. The spaces are spacious and bright: a cosy living room with dining table and comfortable sofa bed opens onto a splendid panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air or an aperitif at sunset overlooking the Tuscan hills.

The house can accommodate up to 6-7 persons and consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which has access to a second terrace overlooking the typical countryside landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - including oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine - to make you feel at home even on holiday. The bathroom is large and equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
